Philippe Hougen has a degree in humanities specializing in linguistics, literature, and civilization. He joined Saint Anne's in 2017 as a teacher. Initially providing tutorials, he later took on part-time courses and curriculum and resource designing. Since February 2023, he has been the CLIC Project Coordinator, while continuing with resource designing and part-time courses.
