  • Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association Returns to Competition for 2021-22 Season

    Halifax (NS), June 23, 2021 - Following consultation among athletic directors and a decision by the presidents of its member institutions, the Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) will be returning to full competition for the 2021-22 season. The 2021-22 schedules for each varsity sport have been approved and will be announced shortly. The training camps for fall sports are scheduled to begin conference wide on August 27.

    Church Point (NS), April 22, 2021– Université Sainte-Anne invites the student population to plan for a return to our campuses in fall 2021. In fact, preparations are underway to welcome it in greater numbers. Despite this optimism with respect to the fall, we must maintain a flexible posture in the face of pandemic-related uncertainty. This École NDA graduate (2016) not only wanted to stay in her home village of Cheticamp, but also to pursue her studies in French. In 2019, she enrolled in Université Sainte-Anne's Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.

As the Sociocultural and Recreation Director of Université Sainte-Anne's Church Point campus, Pierre-Alexandre organizes activities, events, and training to encourage students to become involved and to make their postsecondary studies a full life experience. Before March 2020, the campus hosted a beehive of activity that was much appreciated by the student population and community members alike.

  • Marcel-R.-Comeau Sports Centre Reopening

    Church Point (NS),September 3, 2020-Beginning Tuesday September 8, the Marcel-R.-Comeau Sports Centre will begin opening its facilities in phases. The first phase will include the weight room and cardio room (September 8), followed by the gym (September 15) and the pool (September 21). The rink will open sometime in October (date to be determined).
