Halifax (NS),February 26, 2020- Nova Scotia’s premium lobster fishery supports rural communities across the province, growing its exports to $1.2 billion in 2019. A new $2.5 million lobster quality and innovation centre will find new ways to further advance the quality and export value of lobster.
