Four years have passed since I applied for the position of French as a Second Language instructor at Université Sainte-Anne. It was a period of transition for me, during which I grew in a collaborative work environment that fostered personal development. I have had the opportunity to teach a variety of courses, individually and in groups, on a part-time and full-time basis. I have been administering placement tests for part-time adult students for more than two years. This has allowed me to accurately identify the needs of our students, and I was delighted to be recruited to join the administrative team, at first to help with the co-ordination of the part-time program. Since then, I have added the responsibilities of looking after our expanded tutorial program for youth, and now I will also be co-ordinating our online group courses for children and youth. My goal is to optimize learners’ experience by ensuring that every moment of their journey is not only informative but also memorable and beneficial to their development, both personally and professionally.
