Student Jobs

Working while you study, whether at the library, with student security, or as a lifeguard at the pool, provides opportunities to make personal and professional connections, and can help you pay your student fees. Our Student Jobs page lists jobs that are available to students on our campuses and in the region, as well as summer jobs that might be perfect for you!

Protection of Personal Information

The Finance Office requires you to complete and submit a Protection of Personal Information form. This form requests that you authorize, or do not authorize, your parents or guardians to have access to the financial information on your Université Sainte-Anne student account. This agreement will remain in effect until you provide a written update.

  • Authorize/not authorize Université Sainte-Anne to give financial information about a student to his/her parents/guardian.

Health Plan

The Université Sainte-Anne General Student Association (AGÉUSA) provides canadian students with a health and dental insurance plan through Green Shield. Adherence to the plan is required unless you already have private insurance coverage. Download the Green Shield coverage booklet here.

The health plan form must be submitted by every student at the beginning of each year of their studies before the due date indicated on the form. If you already have health and/or dental insurance, the form provides the option to opt-out of the Student Association's plan.
