The Dragons program at Université Sainte-Anne brings together four teams representing three sports, with the participation of approximately 50 student-athletes. Active for more than 35 years in the Atlantic collegiate sports landscape, these teams embody a source of pride for the university and the Acadian community of Nova Scotia.

Nabil gives to support student success

"My contribution to the scholarship fund dates back to the early 1990s, just seven years after I began at Sainte-Anne. At that time, I was president of APPBUSA while Harley d’Entremont was rector.

As a professor, I have always been convinced that sharing knowledge is essential, but that it is just as important to make a concrete contribution to student success, including their financial well-being. By choosing to support the general scholarship fund, I am making a simple, lasting, and meaningful gesture: a direct investment in the potential, perseverance, and future of our students.

This gesture is also particularly meaningful to me personally, as it represents a future for my own family: my four children also attended this university, which further strengthens my desire to give back to the community and support future generations."
