As of March 2022, all COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted FR (Available in French Only) from our campuses.

Church Point, NS, April 30 2020 – Université Sainte-Anne continues to provide support to students through the COVID-19 emergency fund that was launched on April 17th.

An additional $28,000 was provided to students this week in addition to the $18,000 that was provided last week. Université Sainte-Anne has provided a total of $46,000 in financial support to 68 students.

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 emergency fund is now depleted.

“We would like to thank the Association des professeurs, professeures et bibliothéciares (APPBUSA) for their $10,000 contribution, our alumni association for their $10,000 contribution, as well as individual members of our alumni association and our staff that have also contributed. Together, you have greatly enhanced the $26,000 that Université Sainte-Anne provided.”

- Allister Surette, President.

Once again, we call upon our alumni and staff, the general public, and anyone who can, to contribute to this fund in order to provide support to students who are still struggling financially.

We would like to remind students that the goal of the fund is to bring short-term relief to those who can't afford to pay for food, housing, or medication. Tuition fees or vehicle related expenses, for example, are not considered essential needs.

Contributions can be made by credit card either online using our donation form or by calling Arlene Comeau in the finance department at 902-769-2114, extension 7119 or 902-769-8569. Cheques can also be mailed to the following address:

Please indicate that the contribution is for the “COVID-19 Emergency Fund”.
