Athlète de la semaine : Amélie Doucet

Nom : Amélie Doucet

La fin de semaine passée, l’équipe de cross-country a participé dans le premier tournoi de la saison 2019-2020 à Mount Allison University. Amélie Doucet – étudiante en 4e année au B. Sc. avec majeure en biologie – s’est démarquée parmi ses coéquipières, en terminant 18e parmi 29 dans la catégorie femme. Pour tous résultats de cette compétition, utilisez ce lien.

Mention spéciale aux cinq membres de l’équipe qui ont seulement confirmé leurs présences deux jours avant la compétition en raison de l’ouragan Dorian – aucun n’avait participé à une compétition comme celle en fin de semaine auparavant. Bravo!

ECONOMIC FORUM: PROGRAM UNVEILED

Université Sainte-Anne, in collaboration with the Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse CDÉNÉ, is proud to unveil the program for the Economic Forum! As part of the Congrès mondial acadien 2024 (World Acadian Congress 2024), the Economic Forum will bring together from August 13 to 15 civil society leaders, industrial players, political decision-makers and academics. The current and future economic issues which Acadie confronts will be identified and discussed. While proceedings will be conducted in French, a translation service (simultaneous interpretation) towards English will be available on the 14th.
