Church Point, NS, April 17 2020 - The COVID-19 pandemic is causing financial hardship for many, including our students.

Université Sainte-Anne has established an emergency fund to help students meet their basic needs in this time of uncertainty. The goal of the fund is to bring short-term relief to students who can't afford to pay for food, housing, or medication.

Full-time students who demonstrate that they require financial assistance because of COVID-19 will be eligible to receive financial aid according to their individual needs and availability of funds. Priority will be given to students who have exhausted other sources of financial support and/or who do not qualify for government support. In order to apply, students must fill out this online form (French only).

“I would like to thank Université Sainte-Anne's Association des professeurs, professeures et bibliothécaires(APPBUSA) as well as our alumni association and its members for their financial contributions. Together, we can help the students that require our support to meet their basic needs. I call upon our alumni and staff, the general public, and anyone who can, to support our efforts and contribute to this fund.”

- Allister Surette, President and Vice-Chancellor.

Contributions can be made by credit card either online using our donation form or by calling Arlene Comeau in the finance department at 902-769-2114, extension 7119. A cheque can also be sent by mail to the following address:
